The Juicy Body Cleansers..

 Body Cleansing/detoxification is just one of the many health benefits of juices. It’s not really hard to imagine  how these  natural juices from fruits and vegetables do these stuff, just think of how rich they are with powerful antioxidants! Four important things are needed by the body to completely and efficiently detoxify itself- water, a good dose of antioxidants, fiber, and regular intake of these three nutrients. Luckily, all of those mentioned can be found in most fruit and vegetable juices, some juices may even contain very high concentrations of these nutrients.

Here are the juices made from specific fruits and vegetables, along with the nutrients and antioxidants they contain which are guaranteed to help your liver, kidneys and intestines detoxify your body.

CILANTRO JUICE! – Cilantros are considered as effective natural detoxifying agent, which has the ability to cleanse the body from toxic heavy metals. Research has shown that cilantro can bind to heavy metals, making it easier for the body to flush them away.  According to its nutritional profile, cilantro is a very good source of Vitamin A, another powerful antioxidant which can protect our cells. Berries contain the highest amounts of antioxidants among all fruits. In making the juice, blend 2 cups of blackberries, 2 cups of blueberries and 2 kiwis.
